Food plays a vital role in our body to maintain body health and proper functioning of all parts of the body. Food is the energy giver to all parts of the body to function proper to keep the soul inside the body. Different food gives different types of energies, vitamins, nutrients, proteins, and so on. At the same time, there is some type of food items that affects the proper functioning of body. So, we must take too much of care while choosing the food habits. Not everyone has the same types of food habits. Some may change their food habits depend upon the period of age or the climate. It is however good changing their food habits like that. The first thing, we must avoid is excess eating. The much we do eating that much we must give physical work to the parts of the body. Otherwise, the energies got from the food will keep on stocking on our body and in the later period it will lead to disease like obesity.
We can follow some diet pattern in order to maintain our body growth and functioning. Food not only for the functioning of the body, but also used to get good shape in our body. With proper diet pattern and regular exercise, we can able to build muscle and can somewhat change our skin to eye piercing one. Food is responsible for one’s beauty and there is no doubt that a person will be more beautiful when compare with the unhealthy person.
